Delivery and Returns

We offer a delivery service to most UK mainland addresses using either our own drivers or a courier.  We can deliver beyond the UK mainland but will need to quote you a price for this via email or phone. 

Our standard delivery charge is £10 inc. VAT for orders of under £100 to a single address in most parts of the UK mainland.  Delivery is free for orders of £100 or more to one address in most parts of the UK mainland.

We will deliver your wine within 5 working days of receipt of your order although many of our deliveries are done within 3 days.  If you have a deadline by which you need the wine, please let us know in the delivery instructions when you check out.

We require the goods to be signed for upon delivery unless you provide us with alternative delivery instructions which you can opt for when placing your order online.

We are confident that you will love our carefully chosen wines, but if you don't, or if your wine is faulty (e.g. corked), we will credit you without question. Please notify us within 30 days of receipt of your order and we’ll also credit you for the bottle you tried originally.

The Producer

Zenato

Alberto Zenato is in charge of the Zenato wines, from vine to bottle. He inherited his vision of wine from his father: to create exceptional native wines in Lugana and Valpolicella, and continue his family heritage and business. His father and predecessor, Sergio Zenato, lay down this philosophy as well as a few other milestones for the wines of the region. He was the first to age the Trebbiano in oak barrels and rediscovered the Ripasso method in the 1990s which led to it becoming a DOC in 2010.
