Tasting Note

This is a special cuvee in honour of Yves' grandfather, Fernand. The grapes come from four very high quality plots. With a total of 1.26 hectares under vine and an exposure arching round from east to south on limestone and marl soils, these wines are rich, well-structured with a long, persistent finish.

The Producer

Domaine Boyer-Martenot

A veritable dynasty of Burgundian families have been custodians of this estate for four generations. Vincent Boyer is now the newest owner of the Domaine. Vincent believes the quality of the wine comes only from the quality and health of the vines and the soil they are grown in. He therefore puts every effort into looking after the vines as naturally as possible.
